Week 15 vs New England Patriots

I would be remiss to not list a game against the Patriots. There’s not much to say about this match up because, well, we’ve all been there.

There is a glimmer of hope for the Steelers this time around. Not only do they get to play New England at Heinz Field again, the NFL has changed their catch rule JUST IN CASE another Jesse James catch doesn’t “survive the ground.”

New England also has lost more pieces than gained this offseason. Their defensive personnel isn’t as strong as last season, and hopefully Antonio Brown doesn’t suffer another leg injury early in the game.

No matter how many things may point to the Steelers finally getting the proverbial monkey off their back, it’s still Tom Brady. It’s still Rob Gronkowski. The Steelers have still shown no signs of slowing down that combination, so until proven otherwise, it’s a major issue.
