Steelers training camp is underway and many players are making all kinds of impressions. The latest episode of the Still Curtain Podcast covers it all.

The Still Curtain Podcast is back, covering all the content our site editor Tommy Jaggi has been putting out on social media. There have been many players that are standing out, for better or for worse in the first few practices of Steelers training camp.

Still Curtain Podcast host Chris Halicke welcomes fellow Still Curtain contributor Dan Gilliam for this episode of the podcast. Chris and Dan break down everything going on at Steelers training camp, including players that have stood out, key position battles, and players that need to have good camps going into 2019.

Here is the episode of the Still Curtain Podcast on Spreaker:

Many eyes will be on all kinds of position battles, particularly at receiver between Donte Moncrief and James Washington. In the meantime, players like Diontae Johnson have made great impression early on in training camp.

The guys also talk about how crucial it is for first-round pick Devin Bush to have a good camp, learning the defense and potentially calling the plays on the field. The Steelers invested a lot in Bush and he needs to have a productive season for the Steelers.

They also talk about other players’ performances at camp, like Cam Sutton, Mason Rudolph, Josh Dobbs, JuJu Smith-Schuster, and more.

Chris and Dan also take a look at the quarterbacks that are ranked in the release of the NFL’s Top 100 Players of 2019 so far. Ben Roethlisberger was ranked 44th overall, but behind quarterbacks like Jared Goff and Russell Wilson.

The Still Curtain Podcast will be covering everything Steelers every week as we get closer and closer to the start of the season. Listen and subscribe on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and Spreaker. The podcast will soon be available on iHeartRadio as well.
