Baltimore Ravens

Steelers fans would hate this idea of Bud Dupree leaving the black and gold for the black and purple this offseason. The Ravens have around 26 million in cap space and it will take a lot to sign the pass-rusher from their division rival. The need is also there for the birds. They need edge rusher help desperately as some of their own are currently going to become free agents soon enough.

If a player like Matt Judon re-signs with the team then this will be an unlikely landing spot for Dupree. However, if Judon walks this offseason, then there could be mutual interest by both the team and the free agent when the negotiation period begins. That will become a gaping hole for the Ravens defense if Judon departs.

Bringing in a player like Dupree will help instantly fill that void. Getting a veteran that has been a proven pass-rushing expert can electrify this team even more. Even though his pass-rushing skills are great, he has a good all-around game. He can set the edge and make plays all over the field. He is a game-changer at points. The only question is if he can be a true number one guy on defense or not. He has all the skill and intangibles in the world and he could have a great new home at a division rival.
