Steelers Game Sunday: Steelers vs Packers Odds and Prediction for Week 4 NFL Game
By Tommy Jaggi
The Pittsburgh Steelers were favorites over the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 3. Unfortunately, they didn’t show up to play at Heinz Field for the second consecutive week, and Mike Tomlin’s team was ultimately embarrassed in a 24-10 loss against their division rivals.
The Steelers now sit on a 1-2 record as their offensive performances have gone from bad to worse, and quarterback Ben Roethlisberger is coming off one of the worst games of his professional career.
This week, Pittsburgh travels to Green Bay to face the Packers who are coming off a remarkable four-quarter comeback win over the 49ers. Here are the odds for this Week 4 matchup.
Steelers vs Packers Odds Week 4
The Week 4 betting odds at WynnBET have the Steelers as 6.5-point underdogs on the road this Sunday. They have +225 moneyline odds while the Packers are the favorite at -300. The over/under point total for this contest is set at 48.5.
Steelers vs Packers Prediction Week 4
The Steelers are facing a red-hot Packers team that has put up at least 30 points in each of their last two contests. Aaron Rodgers already looks like he’s in midseason form and is going to be a handful for Pittsburgh’s ailing defense to contain.
Even with the likely return of T.J. Watt from a groin injury this week, I don’t think a Roethlisberger-led offense is going to be able to exchange punches with the reigning NFL MVP. With the way Rodgers is starting to play, he could be headed for another terrific season in 2021.
We think the Steelers offense shows some improvement from its dismal outing against the Bengals in Week 3, but it’s not enough to best the Packers on their own turf. We’re predicting a 28-20 Pittsburgh loss.
