The Steelers need a win over a banged-up Titans team, and here are four bold predictions for their Week 15 game.

The Steelers are on a tough cold streak right now and are desperate for a win against the Titans. While Tennessee boasts a strong record, their team is worse for wear right now due to injuries. This is a winnable matchup for the team and one that they need to exploit. It won’t be easy though, as the Titans have still played well despite their injuries.

Here are four bold predictions for the Steelers vs. the Titans in week 15.

Steelers Spillane gets more snaps

The Steelers have some serious questions at inside linebacker, and a part of the puzzle may have just gotten healthy. While far from an elite player, one has to imagine that Robert Spillane should see the field quite a bit. He has plenty of fallacies in his game, but at the bare minimum, he is a better run defender than what the team has. With so many struggles in terms of run defense, Spillane should have a welcomed role on the defense.

What Spillane brings to the table is a better run defender than what the Steelers have to offer right now. He has great size and speed and can crash run lanes because of it. His coverage is a weak spot, but with the team still having Joe Schobert and Devin Bush, he can be replaced when needed. Will he see a huge influx of snaps? Probably not, but at the bare minimum, he should see an increased workload against such a run-heavy team.
