There's been quite a bit for Pittsburgh Steelers fans to talk about this week, whether it's been the constant quarterback drama or the trades going on elsewhere around the league.

The fact of the matter is, with the trade deadline coming up on November 5 and some teams wavering between being potential sellers or standing pat, the next few weeks could be the most eventful we've seen yet.

It isn't just the Justin Fields and Russell Wilson situation that people are talking about. Davante Adams, Amari Cooper ... who's next? Things could really start heating up here, soon.

For a team like the Steelers who desperately need wide receiver help and haven't been shy about their involvement in trade conversations dating back to the Brandon Aiyuk saga, time is winding down, and so are the options.

Adams and Cooper are off the market, but Pittsburgh could still make a move for one of a new key names that may be on the move. One of those is former All Pro, DeAndre Hopkins, of the Tennessee Titans.

At 1-4, the Titans are headed no where in a hurry. Hopkins is on the last year of his contract and, at his age, is probably looking to join a contending team in the near future. If Pittsburgh wants to get in on the bidding for him, we're starting to figure out just how much that might cost.

The asking price for DeAndre Hopkins could be a polarizing one

In a recent segment on the air, NFL insider Tom Pelissero gave some insight on a potential Hopkins trade and what it could cost.

"Look at some of the recent trades that have happened. You saw the Keenan Allen move. You saw the Stefon Diggs move. Is DeAndre Hopkins in that group, talent-wise? Yeah, for sure," Pelissero said.

"Those trades were essentially a fourth rounder, fourth or fifth, in that range ... and you would think that'd be kind of the range for a DeAndre Hopkins trade," he went on.

Is Hopkins worth a fourth rounder for just a one-year rental? Maybe. If the Steelers got enough production out of him and made a postseason run, sure, it could be worth it. But, that's a big "if."

Pelissero did note that there are teams calling about Hopkins. Are the Steelers one of those teams? We'll probably hear more on that in the coming days. Whether or not you believe Hopkins still has the talent? That's up for debate, of course.

But, the reality is, Pittsburgh needs help at the wide receiver position and Hopkins very well could be a difference-maker.

If the Steelers were to miss out on a Hopkins trade, there's always some secondary options like Mike Williams of the Jets, among others.
