After a tough loss like the Pittsburgh Steelers suffered in Week 2 of their season against the Seattle Seahawks, it's hard to look past it. They have 15 more games to get through, but fans are at an all-time low regarding their belief in this roster. It was a tough win in Week 1, but the second time around might've set this team back, and it could be difficult to rebound.

Mike Tomlin will likely find a way to guide the team back to a winning record to preserve his streak of never having a losing season. Regardless of how the rest of the season unfolds, if their defense doesn’t improve, they will be one of the worst franchises in the NFL this year.

The NFL Draft isn't until April, but after a tough loss, it's hard not to look ahead at possible future options.

Pittsburgh Steelers 3-round mock draft fixes their early season blunders

Steelers Mock Draft Round 1: Garrett Nussmeier, QB, LSU

Despite some up-and-down quarterback performances in college football, there should still be solid choices at the position when the draft arrives. Garrett Nussmeier is one of the few prospects who hasn't tarnished his stock, and he somehow fell to the Steelers in this mock draft.

He has every quality an NFL team wants in a potential franchise quarterback, and Nussmeier's potential could be through the roof.

Steelers Mock Draft Round 2: Austin Barber, OT, Florida

Pittsburgh might need to retool its young offensive line if Broderick Jones can't take a leap this season. If the Steelers' young offensive tackle fails, they should take another offensive lineman early in the draft. Austin Barber has a great blend of size and athleticism at the position. He would be a tremendous addition who can challenge Jones for the starting job on the blind side.

Steelers Mock Draft Round 3: Domonique Orange, DT, Iowa State

It’s encouraging to see a youth movement in the trenches this season, but the team may need to continue investing in it. They have some players with potential, but their early-season struggles up front are still an issue. Domonique Orange has a massive frame and has solid potential out of Iowa State. He has the look of a Steelers defensive lineman and is solid value at this point.

Steelers Mock Draft Round 3 (Via Dallas): Kamari Ramsey, S, USC

Next up in the mock draft is the pick the Steelers got in return in the George Pickens trade.

With injuries piled up in the defensive backfield, Pittsburgh needs help at the safety position. They drafted Kamari Ramsey here to help form a long-term answer. Ramsey is still a young player, but he can play all across the secondary, a specialty that Mike Tomlin has shown interest in.

Steelers Mock Draft Round 3 (Compensatory Pick): Chris Bell, WR, Louisville

Unless Dan Moore Jr. gets benched, the Steelers should receive a compensatory pick here. In this mock draft, they use that selection on receiver Chris Bell. Calvin Austin III is a pending free agent, and Pittsburgh needs more weapons on offense. Bell could see his stock waiver based on his production this season. He has great size for the position, and he can also play special teams.
