The Pittsburgh Steelers are 3-0 despite a few key injuries disrupting the depth chart. However, Week 4 presents a new challenge as a few key pieces won't suit up as the Steelers take on the Indianapolis Colts. The Colts are also missing some critical pieces on a defense that is already suspect against the run.

Offensive Impacts
Isaac Seumalu was a limited participant in practice all week, so it isn't too surprising that he will sit out another game as he recovers from his training camp pectoral injury. Last week, rookie Mason McCormick took some reps from Spencer Anderson at left guard. It appears McCormick is in position to start against the Colts, but we should see Anderson split some amount of time. Seumalo is likely to return next week.
Jaylen Warren's hamstring injury is still giving him some problems, so he'll sit out this week. Cordarelle Patterson should take some extra touches, especially after closing out the Chargers in impressive fashion. Still, Najee Harris will take most of the touches in the backfield despite showing up on the injury report earlier in the week.
Defensive Impacts
Alex Highsmith, as expected, is out with the groin injury he sustained just before halftime in last week's game. He will be replaced by the exciting Nick Herbig while DeMarvin Leal and Jeremiah Moon will likley rotate in on the edge. Herbig was responsible for a couple of critical splash plays against Los Angeles, so it'll be interesting to see if he can replicate that success against Indianapolis.

What to Know
The Colts are mostly healthy, but the two key players they are missing will make it difficult to corral the efficient passing attack of Pittsburgh, especially with a suspect rushing defense at full strength.
Kenny Moore is one of Indianapolis's best overall players, so his loss at nickel corner will be felt on the field from a production and leadership standpoint.
As for Kwity Paye, his loss tames the Colts' pass rush, though first-round pick Laiatu Latu picked up his first sack last week, a strip-sack that sealed the Colts' win over the Bears.
Meanwhile, the Colts are missing center Ryan Kelly due to a neck injury. The Steelers defense could look to pressure Richardson up the middle to contain his elite athleticism.
