It was a day at Steelers training camp that we will all remember, and at the same time, we would like to forget. Though it included one of the most impressive plays on an NFL field, Tuesday's practice didn't come without a potentially serious injury.

Fans were flooding social media yesterday with all of the news that was going on at Steelers training camp. Here's everything you need to know.

Steelers news:

During the first fully-padded practice of the year at Steelers training camp, George Pickens made one of the most outrageous catches you could possibly dream of from an NFL wide receiver. I could describe it to you, but trust me when I say that you are going to want to check it out for yourself.

There were two different recordings from fans in attendance at Saint Vincent College in Latrobe. These videos started going viral from the moment they were released... and it's not hard to see why.

Yes, this catch came during one-on-one drills that typically favor the wide receiver. But despite incredibly sticky coverage from Joey Porter Jr., Pickens was able to come down with a catch that very few receivers in the game could make.

The hype is real. Believe it. Now we just need to see George Pickens polish up the rest of his game. If he can improve is ability to create separation and sell his routes, there's no limit to his ceiling. This play is going to be talked about for a long time.

More Steelers news:

While the Pickens catch had us on our feet, our hearts sank when we saw Cory Trice Jr. down on the field. During the first padded practice on Tuesday, Trice went down with a non-contact injury to his right knee and could not get up under his own power.

Trice was eventually carted off the practice field as his teammates looked on.

Sadly, Trice is no stranger to ACL tears and major surgeries. His first four college seasons at Purdue were cut short due to injuries, and he played just 2 games in 2021 before tearing his ACL. We don't yet have all of the details here, but we are praying for the best.

Trice was having a solid start to camp that included a few pass breakups. For the time being, the news does not look good, and it's likely that Cory Trice could spend his first NFL season on IR.

NFL news:

The Dallas Cowboys are in the midst of some drama at the running back position. Ian Rapoport confirmed that RB Ronald Jones is being suspended for two games for performance-enhancing drugs. Meanwhile, Cowboys owner, Jerry Jones, is not ruling out a potential return for former All-Pro running back, Ezekiel Elliott. Dallas' lead back for the 2023 season will be Tony Pollard, who is reluctantly set to play on the franchise tag.
