With the 2025 NFL Draft in the books, the Pittsburgh Steelers quickly turned their attention to the remaining talent pool. A total of 257 selections were made in this year's draft, but that doesn't mean there aren't talented undrafted free agents who are worth signing.
As soon as the clock ticked down on the draft and the final selection was made, teams were already on the phones, inking undrafted rookies to contracts. Some UDFA's will be highly sought-after upon the conclusion of the draft.
Each NFL team will carry a group of UDFA's into minicamp and training camps, and a select few could stick around and carve out a role on an NFL roster during the 2025 season. The Steelers have had some impressive undrafted free agents over the years. The latest examples include players like running back Jaylen Warren and cornerback Beanie Bishop Jr.
Now, Pittsburgh is already making post-draft roster moves in an effort to find the next UDFA gem. Here's a look at all of the undrafted free agents they have reportedly signed following the closure of the 2025 NFL Draft.

Within the hour after the conclusion of the 2025 NFL Draft, the Pittsburgh Steelers kicked things off with a pair of UDFA signings. They started by adding Memphis wide receiver Roc Taylor to the roster, Matt Zenitz reports. Taylor stands at roughly 6'2'' and 213 pounds with long arms and 4.49 speed.
After that, the Steelers turned around to sign South Alabama product DJ Thomas-Jones. Thomas-Jones is listed as a tight end, but at 6'1 1/2'', the Steelers may view him in more of a hybrid role as an H-back. Interestingly, Tom Pelissero reports that Thomas-Jones' deal includes a $30,000 signing bonus, the largest Pittsburgh has ever dished out to an undrafted free agent.
The Steelers also signed defensive back Sebastian Castro, per Luca Evans of The Denver Post. The Iowa product recorded four interceptions over the past two seasons, and many believed he should have been drafted on Day 3.
The Pittsburgh Steelers aren't done retooling their roster yet. We will continue to update the UDFA tracker as more signings come in.
