2. Isaiahh Loudermilk, Defensive line

Isaiahh Loudermilk has been a bit of a project from Day 1, but the former Wisconsin product could be out of a job if things don't go well tonight. The Pittsburgh Steelers traded a fourth-round pick to get back into the 2021 NFL Draft in order to take Loudermilk. Now he needs to prove that the team's investment was a wise choice.

At over 6'6'' Loudermilk has height and length on his side, but he weighed in at a lean 274 pounds at his Wisconsin Pro Day prior to entering the NFL. Knowing that he would need to make the transition to a full-time interior defender, it has been a process, but Loudermilk has added muscle mass since joining the team.

Sadly, that might not be enough to save his job. In comparison to other players on the roster, Loudermilk simply has not shown enough progress as a pass rusher. Even if his run defense has improved, this might not be enough to save his job at this point.

Because they play very similar roles, it's very possible that Loudermilk and Armon Watts are two players fighting for one spot on the Steelers 53-man roster this year. If this is indeed the case, then we need to see a monster performance from Isaiahh Loudermilk in Pittsburgh's preseason finale against the Falcons tonight.
